Management has adopted a philosophy of transferring its " OP-EC" (operational and economic) experience, generated trough the Holiday Inn System Hotels, into the existing Bookmark hotels, and the future controlled growth, within various key cities currently under review , for potential expansion with the B2 Boutique Hotels.

Expansion plans for "Second-Life" hotel properties and/or "obsolete" buildings

For the foreseeable future, office & obsolete buildings conversions will be the predominant development vehicle for property owners and hotel operators.

Turicum will analyze B2 Hotel opportunities and negotiating agreements with owners/investors by being more flexible with property improvement plans to aid owner ROI.

Conversions offer realistic ways to reinvent hotels struggling during this downturn or create a "Second Life" for office and obsolete buildings where Turicum's property improvement plans, which is primarily focused on ROI rather than cost savings.
